- Males and females between 18 and 70 years of age.
- Diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis for ≥ 12 weeks.
- Must have intolerance or inadequate response to csDMARD.
- No previous treatment with biologics or tsDMARD.
C diff

- Males and females ≥ 18 years of age.
- Have had ≥ 2 episodes of C. diff in the last 12 months, including current episode.
- Must have positive C. difficile stool toxin and have received antibiotic treatment.

- Males and females aged 18 to 70 years.
- Diagnosis of atopic dermatitis for at least 12 months.
- History of inadequate response or intolerance to topical medications within the last 6 months.
- No treatment with biologics within the last 3 months.
Psoriasis

- Males and females aged 18 to 70 years.
- Diagnosis of chronic psoriasis for at least 6 months.
- No treatment with biologics within the last 3 months.
Pancreatitis

- Males and females aged 18 to 85 years.
- Diagnosis of chronic pancreatitis.
- Have had EUS (endoscopic ultrasound) within the last 5 years.
Psoriatic Arthritis Biologic Naïve

- Male or female subjects who are 18-75 years of age
- Must have a history consistent with PsA ≥6 months at Screening
- Must have a documented history or active signs of at least one of the following at Screening: Plaque psoriasis or nail changes attributed to psoriasis
- Have had inadequate response or intolerance to ≥1 csDMARD, apremilast and / or NSAID, administered over the course of ≥12 weeks for the treatment of PsA
- Cannot have Prior exposure to a JAK inhibitor >2 doses

- Adult men or women ≥18 years of age
- Failure to maintain normalization of serum uric acid level on uric acid lowering medications
- Must have current flares defined as 2 or more flares in the past 12 months prior to screening
- Cannot exceed more than 3 alcoholic beverages weekly
- No prior treatment with pegloticase (Krystexxa) or Methotrexate
- Cannot have current diagnosis of chronic kidney disease or congestive heart failure

- Patients 18-60 yrs of age (males only) or 18-70 yrs of age (females)
- Psoriatic Arthritis diagnosed > 6 months
- Currently on medications to treat PsA
NASH
NASH (Fatty Liver)
- Males or females at least 18 years old
- No history of Alcoholism or type 1 diabetes
- Diagnosed F2, F3 NASH (Non-Alcoholic Steato Hepatitis)
