  • Diagnosed with Celiac Disease for at least 6 months
  • Diagnosis must be from a positive Celiac serology test
  • Must be positive for the HLA-DQ2 or HLA-DQ8 genotype.
  • Currently have abdominal pain, cramping, bloating, gas, diarrhea, loose stool or nausea at least 4 times a month

Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EOE)

  • Must be 18 yrs of age or older
  • Diagnosed with EOE by biopsies of the esophageal tract
  • Have been on high dose PPIs (Proton Pump Inhibitors) for at least 8 weeks without symptom relief
  • Must be currently experiencing symptoms including: at least 2 episodes of dysphagia (choking) per week
